Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Delivery
- We currently ship within Canada only.
- Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on Canada Post

- Large Bundles ($60+ orders) - FREE Standard Shipping
- Tracked Shipping (3-9 business days) - $9.99 flat
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days) - $20 flat (optional upgrade)
We also offer Local Delivery! If you're located within our delivery zone, you can skip the postage and have your order delivered right to your door! Local Delivery is just $3.50 - $5.50, depending on the shipping address. Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Packaging
All cards are carefully packaged in compostable clear bags and shipped in protective envelopes to ensure they arrive safely.
Delays
Please note that Rookie Sol Studios is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or weather conditions.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at rookiesolstudios@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for damaged items. Rookie Sol Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
