Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our products are paper goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rookiesolstudios@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged items.

We want every customer to feel confident shopping with us, and we’ll do our best to make things right if something goes wrong in shipping.
